Sara Rochester

Sara Rochester joined the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section as Director of Finance in 2026, bringing extensive experience in business operations, financial management, human resources, and organizational leadership. Prior to joining the Section, Sara served as Business Manager for Pacific Powder Coating & Manufacturing, where she was involved in the financial and administrative operations of the organization. Her professional experience includes overseeing business processes, supporting employees, managing organizational systems, and helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operations. Sara has also been actively involved in professional leadership through the Chemical Coaters Association International, including serving as Secretary of the Northern California Chapter and participating in industry leadership programs and events. As Director of Finance, Sara oversees the Section's financial operations and human resources while working with the staff to continue improving the systems and processes that support our member schools. She brings a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to the position and is committed to helping the Sac-Joaquin Section continue to grow and provide exceptional service to its membership.
